Entrepreneurship, Strategy & Information Systems

Entrepreneurs are among the wealthiest and most influential members of society because they seek out and develop opportunities that ultimately improve society. The Department of Entrepreneurship, Strategy & Information Systems is committed to providing students with an innovative, interactive, and highly experiential program, equipping them with the skills necessary to enter the entrepreneurship profession and to pursue a successful professional career. This department administers the undergraduate degree programs in Entrepreneurship (ENT) and Management Information Systems (MIS). The MIS field provides students with both business and technical knowledge to be effective in today’s economic environment. Students will have opportunities to learn firsthand what is needed to start a new business venture, and to run an existing business. At Florida State, we educate tomorrow’s leaders with today’s leading research and management tools.
