Reggie served as a Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and is a 2010 graduate of the EBV program at Florida State University.
After retiring from the United States Air Force, Reggie started Next Level Coaching & Consulting Services, LLC in 2007, which is based in Cocoa Beach, Fla. Next Level’s mission is to successfully partner with individuals, teams and organizations for improved performance outcomes with the centerpiece being enhanced awareness and understanding. After graduating from the FSU’s EBV program, Reggie teamed-up with another veteran, and together they have continued to grow Next Level’s portfolio. Reggie states, “At the beginning of the year my goal was to have, at minimum, two recurring clients by the end of the year and, as of now, I have three.” Along with the launch of Next Level’s Web site, Reggie facilitated numerous workshops to continue meeting and exceeding his goals and began an executive coaching certification program with the Center of Executive Coaching. Reggie has also been asked to serve as a panelist for the Diversity Supplier Disability Program (DSDP), under the United States Business Leadership Network (USBLN), to speak to disabled individuals about business start-ups.
