Mr. Dahl is the founding partner of Rock Creek Capital and its affiliated entities, which commenced operations in 1989. Mr. Dahl has primary investment oversight of all real estate investments. Prior to founding Rock Creek, Mr. Dahl was Executive Vice President of Drexel Burnham where he managed the Convertible Bond Department. Mr. Dahl is a past member and past Chairman of the Investment Advisory Council for the State of Florida Pension Fund, the fourth largest pension fund in the country with approximately $100 billion in assets. Mr. Dahl co-founded Tibervest, LLC, a Timerland investment Management Organization that managed over $500 million in timberland assets prior to its sale in 2004. Mr. Dahl is a graduate of Florida State University Graduate School of Business.
