President, Epoch Properties, Inc.
Mr. Riva is the President of Epoch Properties, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in the multi-family rental business. Since 1970, Epoch Properties has developed over 140 communities at a value of over $1.8 billion dollars throughout the sunbelt states. Epoch acts as a general contractor for their projects and manages their properties, through their affiliate company, Epoch Management, Inc.
Mr. Riva earned his B.S. Degree from Florida State University and his M.S.M. from Rollins College. Throughout his almost 30-year real estate career, he has been responsible for the development and financing of well over a billion dollars in commercial real estate including apartments, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, hotels, resorts, single-family projects and land.
Mr. Riva’s affiliations include: Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker; Licensed Florida Mortgage Broker; Member of the Board of Directors, Hamilton Holt School at Rollins College; Member of the Board of Directors, Florida State University Real Estate Center.
