Jennings Executive Speaker Series in Real Estate that brings business leaders and public policy-makers to FSU each spring to discuss with students the critical industry trends, community development and investment issues.
- REE5205 Topics in Real Estate Finance: Covers topics related to the mortgage capital markets, including the primary and secondary mortgage markets, market operations, mortgage instruments and mortgage-related securities.
- REE5105 Real Estate Valuation: Covers topics fundamental to the valuation of real estate, including the process, procedures and valuation methods. The course focuses on the valuation of income-producing properties. Advanced topics in valuation are presented.
- REE5305 Real Estate Investment: This course introduces students to the analytical methods used to evaluate real estate investments. Although the course focuses on the private equity investors' perspective, advanced topics are presented, including publicly-held real estate securities.
