Human Resource Management

The Department of Management is committed to providing students the general education and technical knowledge necessary to enter the human resource management profession and to pursue a successful professional career. The field of human resource management offers challenging and rewarding opportunities in human resource departments in both private business and governmental agencies handling benefits, compensation, staffing and human resource planning functions.

The Human Resource Management major is a limited access program. To be admitted to the Human Resource Management major, a student must meet the admission requirements for limited access programs in business. For more information on a Major in Management, please contact Dr. Wayne Hochwarter.
