Distinguished Ph.D. Alumni AwardThe Distinguished Ph.D. Alumni Award was established in 2007 for the purpose of recognizing high quality Ph.D. graduates and their professional achievements. The award honors alumni who have utilized their education and experience to achieve significant levels of success and distinction through their high level of performance. The recipients are selected from among accomplished senior scholars who received a Ph.D. from one of the seven departments in the College of Business. Recognizing the recipients brings pride and distinction to the College of Business at Florida State University. 2008 award winner Archie B. CarrollRobert W. Scherer Professor of Management Emeritus in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and currently Director of the Nonprofit Management & Community Service Program.
