Please use this form to nominate a worthy staff or faculty member for The College of Business "Core Values" Award - 2009. Awards will be presented at the Fall 2009 Awards Ceremony on October 8, 2009. For each Award recipient, a $1,000 donation will be made in her/his name to the COB Core Values Scholarship Fund. Recipients' names will appear on a Core Values plaque prominently displayed in the College.
