Ms. Meg Brown is Senior Project Manager for the State of Florida's Legislature.
After earning two degrees, one in English, from Florida State University and another in Math/Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, Ms. Brown began her career in the technology field. Ms. Brown has extensive industry experience, encompassing both large corporations such as Computer Sciences Corporation, Lockheed and United Technologies, and smaller start-ups, such as Launch Technologies in Atlanta. She has held positions as computer engineer, project and line management and business development/marketing. She obtained and led research projects for the Georgia Research Alliance, a consortium of Industry, Government and University members. She was selected to be a state delegate for Georgia to the White House Conference on Environmental Strategy.
Returning to her native Florida, she is working for the Legislature as Senior Project Manager. She has a passion for seeing that technology impact services to Florida citizens.
