Eric arrived in the United States in 1981 with just a suitcase in tow. He met Karen and now the couple is considered to be one of Florida's top 20 restauranteurs. Owners Karen and Eric go out of their way to find the best people to work for them. Pastry Chef Victoria Honeywell can't imagine working anywhere else. For Victoria, working for Karen and Eric is like working for family. Her co-workers echo her comments saying they can't find two better owners. In short, these are two owners who really care about their employees and this makes for better customer service. Karen and Eric know that making their customers happy is the key to success. The ambience of the restaurant, excellent customer service, and the wonderful delectables of all descriptions from the kitchen certainly make for satisfied patrons.
