JA Success Skills develops students' interpersonal effectiveness and problem-solving strategies necessary for the workplace. Success Skills - Through an assessment, students identify the strengths and unique potentials of their interpersonal skills. They examine how their interpersonal skills can be applied in the workplace, and practice their skills in a variety of activities, including completing a job application, writing effective letters and resumes, and participating in mock job interviews. Students begin work on a skills portfolio that they can carry with them into the work force when seeking employment.

JA Personal Finance helps students make informed decisions about the effective use of income to reach personal financial goals. Personal Finance is comprised of 16 activities. Teachers and volunteers select and present at least 10 activities. Concepts covered in the class include budgets, credit, income, inflation, insurance, risk, scarcity, and taxes. Students are introduced to analyzing information, conducting research, decision making, interpreting data, math computation, and solving problems.

JA Titan introduces critical economic and management decisions through an interactive web-based simulation. Titan - Focuses on students applying their knowledge of business as they compete online in the highly competitive industry of the fictional Holo-Generator. While simulating business quarters, students enter decisions on price, production, marketing, capital investment, and R & D. The impact of their decisions will lead to the success or failure of their Holo-Generator Company.

JA Company provides basic economic education by providing students with an opportunity to analyze and explore responsibilities within a student-led enterprise. By organizing and operating an actual business enterprise, students learn how businesses function and they also learn about the structure of the U.S. free enterprise system and the benefits it provides.
