Jeffrey P. Rohr 2007 Hall of Fame inductee, B.S. '72 ROHR INDUCTED INTO HALL OF FAME Alumnus Jeffrey P. Rohr, B.S. '72, has been selected as one of three College of Business 2007 Hall of Fame inductees at Florida State University. Rohr is officially inducted into this prestigious group of business leaders on Saturday, April 21 at the Hall of Fame Dinner & Ceremony. Jeff Rohr is the Chief Financial Officer of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and of Deloitte & Touche USA LLP. Aggregate member firm revenues of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu approximate $23 billion. Jeff is responsible for leading all facets of finance, treasury, and taxes for the firms in the U.S. and globally. Jeff serves on the Global Management Committee and the U.S. Operating and Executive Committees. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer in June, 2004, Jeff was the Midwest Regional Managing Partner, located in Chicago. Under Jeff's leadership, Deloitte grew from the smallest to the largest Big Four firm in the Midwest. Jeff led the quality, client satisfaction, growth, and human resource initiatives in the region, which resulted in a first place ranking in the Emerson's Client Satisfaction Study and a ranking of tenth in Chicago Magazine’s 25 best places to work. Jeff's previous positions include Managing Partner of Deloitte's Mid-Atlantic practice based in Washington, D.C. and National Director of Business Planning for the firm's U.S. practice. Jeff began his career in Deloitte's Miami, Florida office. Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida State University Foundation and the Board of Governors at the FSU College of Business. Jeff served on the Executive Committee of the Boards of the Civic Committee, Commercial Club of Chicago, Junior Achievement, the Adler Planetarium, and the Mid-America Club; was a member of the Board of the Ravinia Festival and was a member of the Economic Club, the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations, and the de Tocqueville Committee of the United Way. Jeff is a member of Glen View Club, the Chicago Club, and Siwanoy Country Club. Jeff is a member of the AICPA and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York, Illinois, and Florida. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Accounting. Jeff lives in Bronxville, New York with his wife, Michele, and their three children – Jillian, Brian, and Jeffrey, Jr. Established in 2003, the Hall of Fame honors and celebrates individuals who embody the qualities that make the College of Business an extraordinary place to learn and grow.
