Real estate group undertaking acquisition think-tank with graduate and seniors: The Cypress Company is planning a five-day hunt for high yield existing asset acquisitions anywhere in the US and would like to gear up its hunt with 7-10 serious real estate students and possible future 2009 employees to work side-by-side with analysts from the Tampa and Tallahassee offices. Five days will be internet and telephone based queries and discussions regarding our acquisition criteria. Two additional days will be pitch sessions for the interns to show outstanding business proposals to the team.
