Hammond, President and CEO of Innovative Logistics Techniques, Inc. (INNOLOG), founded the company in 1989. In 13 years INNOLOG has become the nation's leading provider of logistics systems engineering, information services and supply chain logistics. Under Mr. Hammond's leadership, INNOLOG has grown from a staff of 15 with a $250,000 contract to over 300 employees and annual revenues of over $36 million. INNOLOG maintains its corporate headquarters in McLean, Va., with key field sites in Alabama, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas and Virginia. Mr. Hammond has been in the logistics field for over 46 years, including 28 years in the Army. He was featured in a Linkage magazine article "Service Industry's Band of Brothers"(2001) highlighting the contributions of American veterans now serving the federal government in the private sector. In 1998 Mr. Hammond was selected as one of the McDonald's Corporation's "Black History Makers of Today". He holds an M.B.A. from Florida State University. |
