  • Golden Opportunities Mentorship Program
    • This is an opportunity for you to be mentored by a successful member of the business world including many many prominent FSU alumni and friends who have thrived in Corporate America.   • Lunch With a Rotarian
    • "Lunch with a Rotarian" is the first SLC partnership with another organization, the Rotary Club of Tallahassee. This is an opportunity for you to have a free lunch with a Rotarian of your choice, while gathering honest and valuable insight about your career field of interest. The Rotary Club of Tallahassee meets every Wednesday, but alternate times are available. This is your opportunity to network with prominent business men and women of Tallahassee.   • Senior-to-Freshman Mentoring
    • The "Senior-to-Freshman" Mentoring is a dynamic program aimed to link incoming business intent freshman with seniors in the College of Business. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to give advice, guide, and introduce an incoming business intent freshman to the College of Business. As a mentee (freshman), this is a critical opportunity to get "ahead of the game" by receiving guidance from someone who has been through it all. Click Here to apply as a mentor or mentee.

  • What is College of Business Recruiter Network (CBRN)?

    College of Business Recruiter Network is a Student Leadership Coouncil initiative to showcase the brightest and hard working student in the College of Business. CBRTN will provide an outlet for students' resumes to be available to top recruiters and will market our students to the best and top-rated companies relevant to each major.

    College of Business Recruiter Network Application Criteria:

    The CBRN is an exclusive and prestigious network for the COB students who meet certain requirements. Students will be highlighted by being featured on this Web site visited by recruiters from top firms. After students meet core criteria, the student will be interviewed. After the process, successful candidates will be featured on the Web site. Criteria for placement will be described on the site for recruiters and students to view. Criteria are:

    • Minimum GPA of 3.2
    • Strong leadership ability proven by on-campus involvement or prior job/internship experience
    • Two (20 recommendation letters; one from a faculty member of COB staff, and one from a work/leadership experience supervisor
